Lasalle Network is partnering with a leading company in the hopes of hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. This Seasonal Customer Service Representative is a temporary position that starts in late February/early March. The hours of this position will be Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.- 7 p.m. This position will be located in Plainfield, IL.
Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Taking a high volume of inbound calls regarding products and services offered

Upselling services to customer experience
-
Provide excellent customer service on every call
-
Need to be comfortable on the phone and computer
-
These individuals would train in the office for 1.5-3 weeks
-
They will be able to work from home if the quality of work proves to be consistently excellent
-
There may be future needs of coming to the office for additional training, 1 or 2 days occasionally
Seasonal Customer Service Representative Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
1-2 years of customer service/ Call center experience

PC experience preferred: Windows – Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent interpersonal skills; dependable team player; well organized; self-starter; strong attention to detail; must possess good judgment and decision-making skills; must possess strong verbal communication skills
