About LaSalle Network

We're proud of what we built...
and what we are building

Our Story

In 1998, a scrappy 26-year-old risked everything to turn a vision into a reality.

LaSalle Network was founded on the belief that if you treat people right, invest in them and do the right thing by your clients and candidates, everyone wins.

More than two decades, 100+ awards and tens of thousands of job placements later, we’ve proven that great culture results in stellar delivery.

Today, LaSalle Network is the go-to firm for companies looking for talent and people searching for jobs. With one of the best staff retention rates in the industry, our people love what they do and who they do it for, and it shows.

Our Mission

We are proud to work in the best industry in the world, and are privileged to support businesses fueling the economy and putting people to work.

Our roles allow us to build strong relationships with our candidates and clients; in turn, helping organizations hire faster and connecting qualified talent with opportunities.

We Work Hard

and we have the hardware to prove it.
