Information we collect
We ask for personal information so you can use our services, sign in to your account, apply for job placement, receive support and updated information
relating to job placement opportunities, and communicate with us. We collect the following information when you engage with us. Some information we collect directly from you, some we collect automatically, and some we receive from our third-party business partners (including employers and outside sources like LinkedIn and HubSpot).
When you create an account, apply for a position or secure a position, we may collect any of the following:

· Username and password that you may select in connection with establishing an account on our Services
· Details of the positions you have inquired about or applied for, together with any additional information necessary to deliver information
about those positions and to respond to your inquiries
· Educational and professional background
· Personal details such as driver’s license number, Social Security Number, bank account number, tax and payroll information, birthdate,
health and safety information, dependents’ details, and demographic details
· Audio or video recordings or “session replays” of your interactions with us
· Any additional information relating to you that you provide to us directly through our websites or by other means such as over the
phone, via email, when answering coaching questions, or via “contact us” forms
· Any additional personal information you provide to us, or authorize us to collect, as part of your interaction with LaSalle
When you use our Services:
· IP address and general location of your device
· Information on your interaction with our websites, email and marketing campaigns (e.g. pages visited, active sessions)
· Social media handles, content, and other information that you post to our social media pages or tag us on your social media pages, and information we obtain from third-party social media services (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn)
When you interact with us:
· Any additional information relating to you that you provide to us through our Services, such as when you use chat support features
· Information you provide to us via voluntary feedback, support cases, or engagement surveys
Information collected by automated means
When you interact with our online services, we obtain certain information by automated means via cookies. A ‘cookie’ is a small text

LaSalle collects personal information reasonably necessary to carry out our business, to assess and manage our customers’ needs, and provide our Services to you. Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information or transfer personal information to third parties to use for their own benefit; however, we allow certain of our
third-party service providers (like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo) to place tracking technologies like cookies and tags on our Services. Those companies receive
information about your interaction with our Services that is associated with your browser or device and may use that data to serve you relevant ads on websites or services where they perform such activities. Except for this kind of disclosure, we do not “sell” any of your information within the meaning of applicable law.
We do not “share” your personal information as defined by applicable law for purposes of targeted advertising relating to our products.
The data we disclose to or receive from third party service providers may be subject to the privacy policies of those parties as well as to ours.
You may have a direct contractual relationship with some of our third-party service providers (such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn), as detailed above. Additionally, the services provided to us by such third-party service providers may entail collection and processing of personal information by them that is broader than the personal information they provide to us. This means that sometimes these third-party service providers have access to more of your personal information than we do. To the extent you have a direct contractual relationship with any of our third-party service providers, that contractual relationship governs any rights
you may have regarding the information about you collected by such third party.
Data retention
In order to respond to customer inquiries, we retain order data for as long as you maintain an account with us. We retain other personal data for as long as
is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the data was collected, and any other permissible, related purpose. When we no longer need the personal information we collect, we either anonymize the information upon your request or securely destroy the information, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Your marketing choices
You can opt-out of our use and disclosure of your personal information for marketing purposes, and/or withdraw your prior consent for same, by the methods provided below. Upon requesting an opt-out, your consent will be withdrawn; however, please note that it often takes some time to process these requests.
