LaSalle Network is actively seeking Retention Specialists for one of our clients in the Tampa, Florida area! In this position, you will help customers who are calling to cancel/change their membership and any answer inquiries they may have.
Retention Specialist Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers who want to cancel their accounts
- Provide retention rates and special plans to retain them
- Apply sales skills to retain customers
- Answering questions regarding services provided
- Handled data entry and maintain detailed documentation and record keeping
- Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues to management for further investigation
- Follow up calls to customers to confirm appropriate changes were made
Retention Specialist Requirements:
- Experience in sales or retention-based roles preferred
- Prior experience or exposure to credit reports in some related industry
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook along with various internet browsers such as Firefox or Google Chrome
- An outgoing personality; must be comfortable with talking to customers and finding solutions to their needs
- Be a positive coworker; work well in a team environment, collaborate, bring a positive attitude, be reliable and dependable, willing to support others and contribute to an overall positive culture
