Job Description

LaSalle Network is looking to hire an entry-level Bilingual Graphic Designer- Entry Level for one of our top clients within the food and beverage industry. This will be a great opportunity to diversify your skills in multiple areas of their business. Seeking self-motivated and go-getter attitudes only! 


This is a hybrid position in Chicago, a temp-to-perm opportunity and the process will move quickly for the right person! This position is 80% graphic design and 20% miscellaneous marketing activities.  


Bilingual Graphic Designer- Entry Level Responsibilities: 


  • Assist in the development and execution of design concepts for packaging, labels and marketing materials 

  • Support the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners for events and trade shows 

  • Ensure consistency and quality in all design work, adhering to brand guidelines and standards 

  • Support the Regional Marketing and Sales teams by updating Tradeshow Calendars, organizing show materials, printing sell sheets, boxing show materials and mailing requested items 

  • Accommodate special requests such as creating unique labels and obtaining quotes for specific items like displays and shipping materials for each tradeshow 


Bilingual Graphic Designer- Entry Level Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a food and beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required 

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required. A passion for food and beverage industry trends, cultural diversity and Hispanic cuisine is a plus 

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout composition 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
