LaSalle Network is hiring an experienced SAP ERP Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives for one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale digital transformation efforts, partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver complex SAP S/4HANA implementations. What You'll Do

Lead enterprise SAP ERP implementation programs from planning through post-go-live stabilization.

Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators and third-party vendors.

Drive governance, executive communications and steering committee updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate solution design, testing, data migration, deployment and organizational change management activities.

Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Foster collaboration across internal delivery teams and external implementation partners.
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP ERP implementations, including at least two end-to-end enterprise engagements.

Minimum of three SAP implementation projects, including at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA deployment.

Proven experience managing complex ERP transformation programs across business leaders, IT organizations, system integrators, vendors and internal delivery teams.

Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, including fit-to-standard, design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare.

Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, OnePlan and Azure DevOps.

Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, resource planning and executive-level stakeholder communications.

Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
