Senior Manager, BI Engineering & Data Products
Overview
A leading organization is seeking a Senior Manager of BI Engineering & Data Products to lead a growing analytics engineering team and drive enterprise business intelligence capabilities.
This role will be responsible for scaling BI platforms, implementing governance frameworks, and delivering high-quality, reliable analytics solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of BI engineers and developers

Define and implement BI architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks

Build and maintain scalable BI pipelines from data ingestion through dashboards

Establish governance standards for data access, quality, and platform usage

Improve platform reliability and performance across BI tools

Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions

Drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, and operational maturity
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in BI engineering, data engineering, or analytics

4+ years of experience managing technical teams

Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI architecture

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

Experience with Python, dbt, or similar tools

Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau

Experience building governance frameworks for data and analytics

Familiarity with CI/CD, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools

Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base Salary: $179,000 – $195,000 annually

Bonus: Eligible to earn ~15% bonus
