Overview
A financial services organization is seeking a Network Engineer to support and enhance its enterprise network infrastructure across corporate and branch environments.
This is a hands-on role focused on managing network performance, supporting infrastructure initiatives, and contributing to security and segmentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support WAN, LAN, and wireless network environments
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Support branch connectivity and onsite network installations
- Monitor network health and perform system audits
- Maintain documentation, policies, and standards
- Support network security, segmentation, and access control initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of network engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and TCP/IP networking
- Experience with Cisco technologies (SD-WAN, switching, ISE)
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA (required) / CCNP (preferred)
- Experience with DDI tools (Infoblox)
- Experience with enterprise wireless (e.g., Meraki)
- Exposure to scripting or automation
- Experience in regulated industries
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000
- Position is eligible for an annual bonus
- Benefits include medical, dental, and vision
- Hybrid (3–4 days onsite | fully onsite next year)
- Travel required across regional branches
- Hands-on, collaborative engineering team
