Our client, a global leader in CNC machining, is looking for a Parts Specialist. This person would be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, providing customer support for part inquiries, and processing orders. This role involves troubleshooting, technical clarification, and coordinating with Global Service or official service partners. 

Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000

This position offers medical, dental, vision benefits. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answering service calls, emails, and inquiries from customers regarding parts, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical clarification.
  • Order Management: Processing spare parts orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Technical Assistance: Troubleshooting issues, providing technical guidance to customers, and making technical requests.
  • Coordination: Interacting with spare parts sales, scheduling field service interventions, and coordinating with Global Service or official service partners.
  • Prioritization: Prioritizing urgent issues and customers with special service agreements.
  • Special Projects: Working on special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of CNC machines/tools or possess a mechanical aptitude to understand parts and service. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
