In this role, you will develop clear, user-friendly documentation for a brand-new, enterprise-level pension administration system. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive user manuals, process guides, and training materials tailored for both internal staff and external users. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, working closely with business and technical teams to translate complex system functionality into accessible, easy-to-understand instructions.

Technical Writer Responsibilities:

Create High-Quality Documentation: Develop clear, comprehensive user manuals, step-by-step process guides, and reference training materials for a new enterprise system.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with internal business units and technical development teams to accurately capture system functionality and complex processes.

Translate Complex Information: Deconstruct intricate business requirements and technical specifications into straightforward, actionable user guides for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Maintain Standards: Ensure all documentation is highly organized, logically structured, and easy for end-users to navigate.
Technical Writer Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated background as a Technical Writer, specifically developing technical documentation, user manuals, and guides for large-scale enterprise systems.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
