Senior Accounting Manager/Controller Responsibilities:
- Lead a talented accounting department, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and deliverables are met with excellence
- Oversee the meticulous execution of daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation
- Act as the vital link between the sales and accounting teams, administering and tracking trade spend to perfection
- Harness the power of Netsuite ERP system to capture and code transactions flawlessly, while continuously seeking ways to enhance processes and system functionality
- Keep a firm grip on the financial health through meticulous weekly cash reporting and management
- Globally oversee the credit and collections policy, providing insightful weekly performance reporting and identifying areas for enhancement
- Navigate the complexities of international finance with finesse, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the board
- Take charge of the interactions with lenders, ensuring timely and precise documentation while monitoring availability and securing funds as needed
- Dive into the data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in our client’s accounting processes, always striving for efficiency and excellence
