Procurement Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze changes in raw material prices to assist purchasing team with RFPs
- Analyze overhead spend for spending decisions
- Develop SOPs and tools to support procurement operations
- Work with suppliers to provide needed information on forecasts
- Manage and assist with sourcing new products from suppliers
- Create & maintain dashboards for procurement KPIs
- Create supplier scorecards to manage supplier performance
- Co-manufacturing inventory management
Procurement Operations Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain related role
- Experience in food industry preferred
- Excel proficiency
