LaSalle Network is hiring for a Human Resources Manager with a leading financial services organization known for its growth and client-centered culture. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to support strategic HR initiatives within a fast-moving, evolving environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, oversee compensation strategies, and lead HR technology projects. Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation administration, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis

  • Support and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional and management-level roles

  • Partner with leaders on organizational and talent initiatives

  • Develop and enhance employee engagement programs

  • Support HR technology initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements

  • Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience

  • Must come from the financial services industry

  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions including compensation and talent acquisition

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • HRIS experience and comfort with technology

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Compensation: $100-120K per year & eligible for discretionary bonus.
