Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on NICE CXone / inContact Developer to own the development, configuration, administration and ongoing support of our NICE CXone contact center environment.
This person will serve as the technical subject matter expert for the platform, combining development responsibilities—such as IVR and Studio scripting, routing and integrations—with day-to-day administration and platform support.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on NICE CXone/inContact experience and is comfortable working directly with contact center leadership, business stakeholders and technical teams.
Development & Configuration

Design, develop and maintain IVR, call flows and routing solutions using NICE CXone Studio

Configure and optimize ACD, skills, queues, routing profiles and business rules

Develop and support integrations between NICE CXone and internal or third-party applications

Work with APIs, web services, JSON and other integration technologies

Troubleshoot and enhance existing Studio scripts and contact flows

Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve the customer and agent experience
Administration & Support

Administer and maintain the NICE CXone / inContact platform

Manage users, roles, permissions, teams, skills and agent configurations

Configure and maintain queues, routing rules and contact center workflows

Support onboarding, offboarding and ongoing user administration

Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot system, routing and configuration issues

Manage platform changes, testing and production deployments

Partner with NICE and other vendors when escalation or advanced support is required

Maintain technical documentation, configurations and operational procedures
Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with NICE CXone / NICE inContact

Experience with both platform administration and development/configuration

Strong experience with CXone Studio and IVR development

Experience configuring ACD, skills-based routing, queues and call flows

Experience managing users, roles, permissions and agent configurations

Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, web services and integrations

Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, C#, Java or another scripting/programming language

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work directly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

NICE CXone certifications

Experience integrating CXone with CRM, ticketing or enterprise applications

Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar platforms

Experience with NICE CXone Workforce Management, Quality Management, Analytics or AI capabilities

Experience supporting a large or complex enterprise contact center
Compensation and Benefits
$120-140K per year
