LaSalle Network is hiring an Overnight Dispatcher! Join a high-energy team based on-site in Salisbury, NC. If you're quick-thinking, resourceful, and love problem-solving, this could be your next big move. With a starting pay of $18/hour, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations safe, secure, and running smoothly.
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday 8:00PM – 6:00AM or Thursday – Saturday 6:00PM – 6:00AM
Overnight Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders

Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises

Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations

Support store teams with virtual troubleshooting

Identify and communicate or resolve potential security and safety issues at corporate or retail locations.
Overnight Dispatcher Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant customer service experience (dispatch or call center is preferred)

High school diploma required
-
Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
-
Able to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
