LaSalle Network is hiring for a Customer Service Representative with a leading benefits enrollment company known for providing exceptional healthcare, life insurance, and disability benefits services.
The Customer Service Representative will be a key contact point for clients, assisting with benefits education, enrollment transactions, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to delivering superior customer support within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes

Process enrollment-related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution

Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed

Assist with company projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Efficiently navigate multiple screens and platforms including AI-assisted resources, Microsoft Teams, and client portals to ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications

High school diploma

3+ years Customer Service experience required

Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversationa

Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve

Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently

Must be able to display a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
