We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst to join our client’s team. The HRIS Analyst will play a vital role in maintaining, optimizing and enhancing the HRIS systems to streamline human resources operations.


HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements for HRIS processes and functionalities
  • Assist in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems
  • Manage and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRIS databases
  • Support data entry, data imports, exports and data cleansing processes
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HRIS reports to provide insights to HR and management
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to HRIS systems and work towards resolution
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and documentation
  • Conduct training sessions for HR staff on HRIS functionalities and best practices
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology
  • Collaborate with HR team to identify process improvement opportunities and automation
  • Maintain data security and confidentiality of employee information
  • Provide support for HRIS-related queries from employees and managers

HRIS Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes, including data management and reporting
  • Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Ultipro, ADP Workforce, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian Dayforce or Paylocity
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations is a plus
  • Project management skills are beneficial
