Fleet & Distribution Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and strategize plans to optimize distribution operations to meet customer demands
- Coordinate transportation of customer orders from production facility to customer sites efficiently
- Manage a team of 9 drivers and 13 delivery vehicles
- Schedule maintenance and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are followed by fleet
- Implement quality control measures to ensure safe handling of transportation for compressed gas and liquid
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, GDA and other industry-specific standards
Fleet & Distribution Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree OR 5+ years of experience in fleet/distribution management
- Experience managing DOT regulations
- Experience managing OSHA guidelines a plus
- Ability to collaborate with management on customer needs and overall business success
