Our client, a leading global transportation services company, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Air Export Agent to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and clients in the realm of air transportation coordination.
Air Export Agent Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee all essential export documentation
- Arrange and schedule air shipments with carriers, ensuring prompt and cost-efficient transportation of goods
- Serve as the primary contact point for clients via email and phone communications
- Monitor and trace shipments throughout the entire export procedure
- Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on shipment progress
- Maintain precise and current records of all export activities, utilizing logistics software and systems for streamlined data management
- Proactively identify and address any issues or delays encountered during the export process
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to devise effective solutions
Air Export Agent Requirements:
- Previous logistics experience is preferred but entry-level candidates are welcomed!
- Keen attention to detail complemented by excellent communication abilities
