LaSalle Network has partnered with a higher education organization focused on experiential learning. They are seeking an Enrollment Sales Advisor to join their team and provide outstanding service to potential students. The Enrollment Sales Advisor will guide students throughout their application process, and they will aid them with any worries that they may have. 

Enrollment Sales Advisor Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately and complete explain education programs, expected outcomes, student services and financial consideration to students and their support system if it pertains
  • Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity weekly goals; utilize approved recruitment polices/formats make prompt and effective contact with inquiries and redirect unqualified candidates based upon incompatible career goals  
  • Secure new inquiries (Personally Developed Leads) by directly asking phone contacts about referrals of others to contact that may be interested in the program offered
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to pursue qualified candidates for enrollment and determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility
  • Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for Director of Admissions and Senior level management
  • Consistently conduct follow-up meetings with all applicants, daily, weekly or as needed to ensure successful matriculation
  • Effectively communicate with the enrolled students to guide them through the online orientation and help them understand the importance of this activity as well as tracking their progress
  • Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem-solving
  • Be an active participant in team activities and initiatives
  • Other duties as required or assigned

Enrollment Sales Advisor Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 
  • Passion for education and the desire to help prospective students achieve their educational and career goals 
  • Enjoy listening to and talking with prospective students over the phone, getting to know them and creating a meaningful relationship
  • Possess the skills needed to craft well-written, compelling messages to students and fellow colleagues 
  • Have the desire to work with a team and toward the team’s goals, while also working independently and being internally motivated
