Job Description
LaSalle Network is currently hiring for a remote Escalations Associate with one of our clients, a leading healthcare solutions company. This organization is looking to expand its team as they are seeing rapid growth!
Escalations Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage high priority provider offices and hospitals for medical record retrieval requests
- Efficiently schedule chart retrieval as well as de-escalate complaints
- Manage special tasks in a project based, call center environment
- Research request updates and answer provider inquiries
- Maintain a high volume of productivity and adhere to quality assurance measures
Escalations Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact center setting
- 1-2 years of experience in escalations
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Basic proficiency with Windows applications
- Detail oriented
