LaSalle Network has partnered with a non-profit organization in Chicago, Illinois. They are looking for an individual who is meticulous, detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy. The Data Processing Associate will ensure the precise and timely processing of all donations. In this full-time role you'll play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of the donor database.
Data Processing Associate Responsibilities:
- Accurately input donor information into the database and meticulously review data entered by external caging vendors
- Conduct meticulous reconciliation of donor records to uphold quality control standards for new donor entries
- Monitor and manage donor accounts affected by returned mail, including investigation and correction of information in the database
- Provide effective communication to clients regarding any questions or concerns that may arise
- Maintain systematic organization of data batches, ensuring proper filing and documentation for efficient retrieval and reference
Data Processing Associate Requirements:
- 3+ years of data entry experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong team player mindset with a willingness to assist others
- Experience working within Raiser's Edge or a similar software
