LaSalle Network is looking to bring in a Corporate Sales Trainer to our growing Learning & Development team! The Corporate Sales Trainer will provide effective, efficient, and impactful learning support to our staff.

As a Corporate Sales Trainer your job is to help foster a culture of learning. Meaning – learning never stops! Creating a positive learning environment is essential to learner adoption, and an expectation in this role. This leads to delivery of solutions that are specific, realistic, and focused on skillset development.

Corporate Sales Trainer Responsibilities:
  • 25-30% – Support front line staff (sales & recruiting) in ongoing continuous improvement. Leading small group training, conducting regular roleplays/shadows, and quarterly check-ins with Unit Managers/Sr. Unit Managers to identify opportunities for L&D focused support. This would also include conducting and scoring call calibrations to ensure best practice compliance
  • 25-50% – Lead trainer for incoming New Hires. Including setup, confirming internal presenters, and supporting learning and development of trainees.  Includes setting daily expectations, managing daily agenda, facilitation of BH/Search-based training, and conducting role plays
  • 10% – Responsible for building and updating training content utilizing internal resources available. (Canva, Articulate, HBR, L&D SharePoint, SME’s)
  • 5% – Manage upkeep and organization of LMS content.  Auditing quarterly (minimum), to ensure training is relevant and organized to maximize learner accessibility
  • 5% – First line in answering questions regarding training product support, content identification, or roleplay requests. (LMS, Skill check, DISC requests (new requests require approval, approval requested by non-manager requires approval)

Corporate Sales Trainer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ year experience as a sales trainer OR sales lead/supervisor responsible for sales staff development
  • Experience researching, creating, delivering, and tracking results of training programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically PPT. Experience using Articulate or other content design tools is ‘nice to have’
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to conduct research, both internally & externally, to deliver content as needed
  • Attention to detail is key, as content is highly visible within the organization
  • A learning mindset
