Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for AI engineering roles across global markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to design and implement recruiting strategies for AI pods.
- Manage high-volume requisitions, maintaining a balance of speed and quality.
- Source and engage top talent through proactive outreach and ATS management.
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from outreach to offer.
- Provide insights on talent trends and global compensation benchmarks.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and incorporate global best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting
- Proven global recruiting experience across EMEA and/or APAC.
- Must have recent experience recruiting AI engineers.
- Strong sourcing expertise using ATS systems such as Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse time zones and cultures.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-growth environment.
