Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and consulting sector, is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join their team. This is an interim, project-based role centered around total rewards with a focus on compensation management. The position offers an exciting opportunity to influence critical elements of the company's compensation strategy during a pivotal period.
This role requires a dynamic professional with both hands-on expertise and strategic leadership capabilities. You will operate within a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to support complex LTI execution, award communications, and job architecture streamlining. A blend of technical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential.
Responsibilities

Support and execute Long-Term Incentive (LTI) activities, including the issuance of award letters.

Facilitate job architecture improvements by streamlining job codes by leveraging existing frameworks.

Act as a key internal navigator by engaging relevant resources, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring work progresses smoothly.
Qualifications

Director-level experience (10-15+ years) with hands-on and leadership capabilities in compensation or total rewards.

Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and Mercer for survey and analysis purposes.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and nuanced situations.
