The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting for: High-Volume Sales Representatives, Drivers / Delivery Personnel, Installers / Technical Field Service Technicians.

- Location: Rosemont, IL (hybrid work environment – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hr

Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across the organization, with a heavy focus on sales, driving, and installation talent.
- Partner closely with department leads and HR to understand job requirements, align on talent needs, and provide strategic sourcing solutions.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain consistent communication, and ensure a seamless, positive onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize candidate databases and job boards to track hiring progress and proactively build a pipeline for high-turnover/high-volume roles.
- Act as the face of the company, promoting an elite employer brand and a consumer-first culture to top-tier talent.
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruiting for sales, drivers, and installers.
- Ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent for technical and field roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport with candidates and business leaders alike.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity in the ATS.
