Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective outreach strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
- Conducting research and gathering data to better understand the needs and priorities of our client’s community, allowing them to tailor services and programs accordingly
- Managing incoming calls and emails from community members, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional responses at all times
- Building and maintaining relationships with community leaders, organizations and influencers, fostering collaboration and partnerships that enhance our client’s impact
- Assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of meetings, events, and community gatherings, providing logistical support and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants
- Representing the organization at local events, conferences and networking opportunities, sharing information about programs and services and connecting with individuals who can benefit from our client’s support
- Keeping accurate records of inventory, materials and resources, ensuring that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to support their outreach efforts effectively
Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements:
- Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish, as well as proficiency in English, to effectively communicate with diverse members of the community
- A genuine passion for serving others and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in your community
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools, as well as the willingness to learn new technologies and platforms as needed
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to support this organization's mission and goals
