This role involves managing employee questions, benefits invoicing, and supporting various HRIS and payroll processes within a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong benefits background and at least five years of relevant experience, ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities

Assist with employee benefits questions, invoicing, and eligibility research through inbox management

Support benefits administration projects, including Open Enrollment, RFP processes, and new broker setups

Aid in processing 401(k) changes, HRIS to payroll file coordination, and manual benefit setups

Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to resolve benefits system disconnects and invoicing discrepancies

Support Leave of Absence (LOA) and FMLA processes and understanding of their interactions with employee leave policies

Contribute to benefits-related projects and day-to-day administrative tasks in a hybrid environment
Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, or related roles

Strong knowledge of employee benefits, invoicing, and systems research

Experience supporting LOA, FMLA, and benefits projects; proficient with Excel and manual administrative processes
