What’s the job?
- Oversee B2B collections and monitor aging reports
- Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Document collection activities and account updates
- Collaborate with accounting and sales teams
- Assist with reporting and AR reconciliation

- 1–3 years of AR/B2B Collections Specialist experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
