What's the job?

Process and distribute daily customer invoices

Review and validate billing documentation, including purchase orders, bills of lading, scale tickets and freight paperwork

Monitor and manage billing-related email communications

Research and resolve rejected invoices and customer billing discrepancies
-
Maintain accurate electronic documentation and indexing records
-
Respond to customer billing inquiries and provide exceptional service
-
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness
-
Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed
What's needed?
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Minimum two years of billing experience
-
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Experience with Great Plains software preferred
-
Strong organizational and analytical skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Transportation or chemical industry experience is a plus
