Compensation: $24/hour + 10 hours of overtime available weekly

Location: Addison, IL
Work Model: Fully onsite, five days per week
Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
LaSalle Network is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative opportunity with an established company in the electrical utility equipment industry. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales, customer service and technical problem-solving. What's the job?

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, answering questions and supporting sales inquiries.

Recommend equipment and solutions based on customer needs.

Learn technical product knowledge, including lifting and rigging, fiberglass, rubber goods and grounding equipment.

Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.

Communicate with vendors to check order status and resolve service requests.

Review emails, orders and data to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer service.
What's needed?

Strong work ethic, integrity and a personable approach.

Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone.

Attention to detail and strong follow-through.

Comfort using spreadsheets, CRM systems and office software.

Willingness to learn technical products and industry knowledge.

Availability to work onsite in Addison five days per week
