Our client is looking for a Contract Recruiter to help fill multiple high-priority roles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with full-cycle recruiting experience who thrives in managing urgent requisitions, especially within finance and technical IT hiring. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open Finance and IT roles, including specialized positions such as FP&A, Treasury/Tax, etc.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across both functions
- Own candidate communication and pipeline management from first contact through offer process
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand high-urgency hiring needs and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
- Support in-office presence with flexible schedule, including initial onsite work 2x per week and coordination of schedule with hiring managers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for accounting/finance roles and technical IT
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

- Compensation: $40 – $45 hourly
