Responsibilities
- Support benefits administration, including assisting during an HRIS transition
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including coaching and policy interpretation
- Assist employees with FMLA, leave administration, and general HR policy questions
- Support workplace investigations and other employee relations matters
- Process unemployment claims and related documentation
- Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate screening for a variety of positions
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR committee activities
- Provide general HR support as needed across the department
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is preferred
- Experience working with ADP is required
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
