We are on the hunt to identify a Recruiter who can manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, source candidates, and support experienced-hire recruitment within a thriving engineering consulting firm. The role offers a hybrid work model and is ideal for self-starters and go-getters eager to make an impactful contribution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and conduct resume reviews

Support experienced-hire recruiting efforts across multiple functions

Quickly assess technical talent fit and partner with the recruiting team in a collaborative environment

Work independently with minimal handholding and be proactive in candidate sourcing and engagement

Learn engineering profiles and hiring needs rapidly

Build strong relationships to drive results and foster a positive candidate experience
Qualifications

1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency environments

Exposure to engineering recruiting or technical sourcing is a plus

Comfortable sourcing across a variety of functions and industries

Strong relationship-building skills with a go-getter personality

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting
