We're partnering with a global CPG brand to hire an Associate Digital Sales Manager to support digital commerce and marketing initiatives across North America. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of eCommerce, digital marketing, analytics, and content, and wants to make a measurable impact on online growth.
In this role, you'll help drive online visibility, customer engagement, and digital conversions while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and eCommerce.
Responsibilities:

Support the execution of digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives across North America.

Manage and optimize digital content across websites and online platforms to improve the customer experience.

Help drive online sales through Amazon and other digital commerce channels, including supporting paid advertising campaigns.

Create, update, and optimize product content and website assets.

Analyze campaign and website performance using reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to execute digital initiatives and support business objectives.

Monitor digital performance and provide insights to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or similar).

Experience supporting eCommerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and website content management.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketplace, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with content creation, website updates, and digital merchandising is a plus.
