Compensation: Budgeted base salary is between $115,000-$125,000 base, eligibility to earn discretionary bonus. Full benefits are included: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle close and management reporting
- Budget development and variance analysis with department heads
- Financial forecasting and resource planning support
- AP and AR oversight including vendor and client relationship management
- General ledger integrity, bank reconciliations, and audit coordination
- Contract and pricing strategy support for the executive team
- Leadership and development of two direct reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5 or more years in public accounting or finance with at least 2 years of busy season experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting background
- Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software; Excel proficiency required
- Services industry background a plus
- Strong communicator who can translate financials for non-finance stakeholders
