LaSalle Network is partnered with a consumer goods company in Chicago to place a Financial Analyst who will support FP&A and commercial finance activity across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career looking to build broad exposure across planning, reporting, and business partnering on a lean, high impact team.
Responsibilities:

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and P&L consolidation

Assist in building and maintaining financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives

Partner with Accounting on close accuracy and help prepare monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership

Provide analytical support to Sales and Marketing on pricing, trade spend, and promotional ROI

Track KPIs across commercial functions and deliver clear insights to functional leaders

Support evaluation of new business opportunities through financial modeling and business case development
Requirements:

2 to 4 years of progressive finance experience; CPG or consumer goods exposure a plus

Proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis

Familiarity with ERP or planning tools; Microsoft D365 a plus

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred

Strong communicator comfortable working cross functionally

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
Compensation + Benefits:

$80,000 – $85,000 base + eligible to earn discretionary bonus.
