LaSalle Network is partnered with a consumer goods company in Chicago to place a Senior Financial Analyst who will sit at the intersection of FP&A and commercial finance, serving as a true business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
This is a high visibility role on a lean team with a defined path to Finance Manager for the right person.

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 base salary with additional bonus eligibility

Responsibilities:

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and P&L consolidation

Build and maintain dynamic financial models for scenario planning and long range strategic plans

Partner with Accounting on close accuracy and deliver monthly management reporting packages to senior leadership

Serve as dedicated finance partner to Sales and Marketing on pricing, trade spend, and promotional ROI

Develop and track KPIs across commercial functions with clear, actionable insights for functional leaders

Evaluate new business opportunities and go to market strategies through financial modeling and business case development

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in CPG or consumer goods

Advanced Excel skills required including complex formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis

Hands on experience with ERP and planning tools; Microsoft D365 preferred

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools a plus

Strong cross functional communication skills with ability to present financials to non-finance audiences

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus but not required
