Trade Operations – Application Support
A leading investment management organization is seeking a Trade Operations Support Analyst to support mission-critical front-office and middle-office technology platforms.
This role provides exposure to portfolio management, trading operations, investment technology, application support, and data integration workflows within a dynamic investment environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong troubleshooting skills with an understanding of financial services processes and investment operations.
Responsibilities

Support front-office and middle-office users

Troubleshoot investment operations platforms

Resolve application support tickets
-
Escalate and coordinate vendor-supported issues

Support trading and portfolio management workflows

Monitor operational processes and data integrity

Assist with technology platform transitions and upgrades

Document procedures and troubleshooting activities
Required Qualifications

Experience supporting business-critical applications
-
Exposure to financial services, capital markets, or asset management environments

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Charles River experience

Trade lifecycle knowledge

Eagle experience

Bloomberg familiarity

SQL exposure

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $55-60 per hour
