Position Overview
Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on reducing child poverty through data, policy, partnerships, and technology. Their Grants Engine is a growing technology platform designed to help mission-driven organizations find, understand, and pursue public grant funding more effectively.

They are hiring a Program Delivery Manager to help build and scale the implementation and adoption model as additional partners come onto the platform. This person will work directly with customers after they have signed on, helping them understand how to use the product, successfully implement it within their organization, train users, drive adoption, and monitor ongoing program health.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with SaaS implementation, customer delivery, or product operations experience who wants to apply those skills in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage partner implementations from onboarding through adoption and ongoing use.

  • Conduct discovery with customers to understand their workflows, stakeholders, goals, and how the platform fits into their organization.

  • Coordinate onboarding, user setup, training, documentation, and early-adoption support.

  • Monitor engagement and product usage to understand whether customers are successfully adopting the platform.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and partner-health metrics using tools such as Mixpanel and spreadsheets.

  • Identify patterns in customer questions, support needs, adoption challenges, and product feedback.

  • Serve as a voice of the customer by translating those insights into actionable feedback for Product.

  • Partner closely with the Partnerships team to ensure strong customer relationships and successful delivery.

  • Manage multiple customer workstreams simultaneously and keep implementations organized.

  • Help build scalable implementation, training, support, and customer-success processes as the platform grows.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, program delivery, customer success, product operations, onboarding, or a related customer-facing technology role.

  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners, timelines, and workstreams simultaneously.

  • Experience onboarding, training, or supporting customers using a software product.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently in an evolving environment.

  • Comfort working with product analytics, dashboards, spreadsheets, and customer-adoption metrics.

  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and become proficient enough in the platform to train customers.

  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, startup-like environment where processes may still be evolving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Mixpanel or another product analytics platform.

  • GovTech, public-sector, grants, or nonprofit experience.

  • Experience working with large strategic customers or government stakeholders.

  • Product Operations or voice-of-customer experience.

  • AI or LLM experience is not required.

Team & Environment
The Grants Engine team operates much like a small product startup within a larger nonprofit organization. This role will work closely with the product lead, a new Partnerships hire, Product, and other customer-facing team members.

The team is intentionally focused on a smaller number of larger strategic partners rather than a high-volume customer model. The Program Delivery Manager will likely begin supporting a few partners and grow with the program as additional customers are onboarded.

Why Join?
This role combines meaningful nonprofit work with hands-on technology implementation. You will have the opportunity to help organizations adopt a platform designed to improve access to public grant funding while also helping shape how customer implementation, adoption, analytics, and support are built as the product scales.

The role offers significant ownership, visibility across Product and customer teams, and the opportunity to build processes rather than simply inherit them.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits information will be shared during the interview process.

If you have experience implementing SaaS products, managing customer adoption, and operating in an evolving product environment, we would love to connect. Apply Today.
