LaSalle Network has partnered with a premier home care agency in there search for a Temporary File Clerk! This position is part-time, Tuesday-Thursday, 8am to 5pm. It is fully onsite in La Porte, IN, so reliable transportation is required. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills.
Temporary File Clerk Responsibilities:
- Transitioning physical documents to designated boxes for relocation
- Executing data entry tasks with precision and speed
- Sorting and organizing documents according to established procedures
- Digitizing documents for efficient record-keeping
Temporary File Clerk Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry and filing roles is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Onsite availability for the entire duration of the temporary assignment
- Comfortable with travel to surrounding areas of Indiana as needed
