Data Entry Associate Responsibilities:
Inputting patient information, including demographic, billing, and insurance details, into the Acumen (NextGen system).
Handling other miscellaneous data entry tasks provided by the supervisor.
Entering in patient information into the Acumen system including demographic, billing, and insurance information
Creates and maintains accurate electronic medical records
Ensure accuracy of billing submissions for inpatient, dialysis, office, and vascular care services
Checks status of unpaid insurance claims in a timely manner
Ensures patients eligibility and insurance verification
Documents verification of insurance and other activities as appropriate in the collection notes
Data Entry Associate Requirements:
Must be vaccinated for COVID.
1-2 years of data entry experience.
Extreme attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work alone as well as with a team.
