Remote Record Retrieval Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Contact provider offices via phone, e-mail and fax
  • Ensure medical record appointments are completed promptly by communicating with retrieval technicians
  • Research request updates and answer provider inquiries
  • Maintain a high volume of productivity and adhere to quality assurance measures

Remote Record Retrieval Specialist Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center setting
  • Ability to communicate efficiently
  • Basic proficiency with Windows applications
  • Detail oriented
