Remote Record Retrieval Specialist Responsibilities:
- Contact provider offices via phone, e-mail and fax
- Ensure medical record appointments are completed promptly by communicating with retrieval technicians
- Research request updates and answer provider inquiries
- Maintain a high volume of productivity and adhere to quality assurance measures
Remote Record Retrieval Specialist Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact center setting
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Basic proficiency with Windows applications
- Detail oriented
