Pay: $20-24/hour dependent on experience
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist with relationship and account management for members
- Manage finances for grants and fund distribution
- Enter and track information through Microsoft Excel
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Associates degree from an accredited university preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- High level of professionalism, customer service skills and attention to detail
- Must be personable, dependable and organized
- Able to problem solve, multi-task and work under pressure with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment
