Pay: $20-24/hour dependent on experience 

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:  

  • Assist with relationship and account management for members 
  • Manage finances for grants and fund distribution
  • Enter and track information through Microsoft Excel 
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Administrative Assistant Requirements:  
  • Associates degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel  
  • QuickBooks experience preferred 
  • High level of professionalism, customer service skills and attention to detail  
  • Must be personable, dependable and organized
  • Able to problem solve, multi-task and work under pressure with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment
