Talent Development Specialist Responsibilities: 

  • Devise and execute a strategic plan, charting a multi-year course in collaboration with the Capability & Leadership Development team 

  • Lead the conceptualization, creation and delivery of groundbreaking capability & leadership initiatives on a global scale 

  • Apply extensive expertise to craft immersive experiences for continuous leadership learning 

  • Play a pivotal role in expanding the capability development academy, elevating critical skills and business capability 

  • Embrace the esteemed position of a thought leader, offering insights deeply rooted in an understanding of business needs 

  • Contribute to integrating a global leadership capability model into talent management processes 

  • Employ a data-driven approach for developing, executing and measuring solutions 

  • Regularly evaluate and communicate the profound impact of leadership capability interventions 

Talent Development Specialist Requirements: 

  • Hold an undergraduate qualification in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced post-graduate credential 

  • Preferred membership in a relevant professional body, including prestigious organizations like SHRM, CIPD, or IITD 

  • Desirably skilled or certified in occupational psychometric tools such as StrengthsFinder, DISC, or EQi 

  • Bring forth prior experience in a dynamic global environment, focusing on integrated talent management, learning, leadership development and capability enhancement 

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of leading impactful design and delivery of talent, learning and leadership solutions within a global organization 

  • Showcase effective collaboration skills in shaping and executing talent, learning and leadership strategies 

  • Possess a profound familiarity with enterprise HR technology, showcasing proficiency in platforms like Workday and SuccessFactors
