Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, designing and executing selection processes and behavioral interviewing
  • Supervise, evaluate and mentor Talent Acquisition Consultants/Recruiters, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance
  • Evaluate recruitment trends and job market dynamics to create and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent
  • Employ critical thinking and decision-making skills to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships based on trust, integrity and commitment with teammates, hiring leaders and stakeholders through frequent interaction and effective collaboration

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Significant knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Proven experience supervising, evaluating and mentoring recruitment professionals
  • Ability to evaluate trends in recruitment and the job market to develop effective strategies
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare talent acquisition a plus
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
