What’s the job?
- Enter orders across multiple manufacturing plants with accuracy and urgency
- Support shipment execution and day-to-day logistics coordination
- Communicate with carriers to keep transportation activity moving
- Process carrier invoices and verify details for accuracy
- Update order, shipment and transportation data in ERP, TMS and Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with supply chain projects, reporting and operational follow-up
- Learn how a larger supply chain organization runs from the inside
What’s needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business or a related field preferred
- Supply chain, logistics, transportation or manufacturing internship experience
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- ERP or TMS exposure preferred, including SAP, E2open, Oracle, Infor or similar systems
- Ability to work Eastern and/or Central Time business hours
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, “teach me the why” mindset
