LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a hybrid role with a rapidly growing 3PL in Itasca, IL.
Responsibilities

Track and update shipment statuses in McLeod Software

Maintain regular phone communication with drivers regarding shipments and updates

Manage email communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams

Partner with dispatch and account management to resolve delivery issues

Support high-value freight operations with accurate data entry and compliance

Use Excel to track, log, and validate shipment data
Requirements
-
1+ year of experience in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment (required)
-
Experience with high-value freight preferred

Familiarity with TMS platforms (McLeod experience a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Shift
-
Monday–Friday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Compensation
-
$22.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn additional compensation upon conversion
