LaSalle Network is excited to bring on a Senior Staff Accountant for a high-growth tech organization building its finance infrastructure from the ground up. This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Staff Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the processes that will support rapid scale.
What’s the job?
- Own daily accounting operations
- Support month-end close through reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage AP, vendor invoicing and expense procedures
- Draft and refine accounting policies and internal documentation
- Reinforce internal controls and help enhance system efficiencies
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to leadership
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows as the department grows
What’s needed?
- 3–6 years progressive accounting experience
- Tech, startup and/or public accounting background a plus
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA/candidate preferred
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Month-end close expertise
- Strong Excel and accounting software experience
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a startup environment
