LaSalle Network is hiring a Collections Specialist to support one of our clients in the financial services industry. Collections Specialist Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding past-due accounts to arrange payment and resolve outstanding balances

Negotiate payment terms and settlements in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all collection activity and communications

Research and resolve account discrepancies while ensuring timely follow-up

Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers to promote positive outcomes

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

Collaborate with internal departments to address account escalations and improve collection processes
Collections Specialist Requirements:

1+ year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a call center environment

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset

Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or collection systems

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills

Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
